Supply-Line is an on-line supplier management system used by a number of Irish Utility and Public Sector Purchasing Organisations to source current and potential suppliers, service providers and contactors for all levels of procurement. A single registration, available at 3 different levels, gives suppliers visibility to a number of key public procurement organisations operation in Ireland.
Supply-Line offers ease of access to the purchasing organisations through a single questionnaire which can be updated at any time. Supply-Line also offers a facility to receive email alerts regarding possible contracts being awarded in Ireland and the wider European market.
When a buyer has a requirement, they will search for suitable companies by the relevant product/service/works codes. They may then apply criteria based on information on the database to further refine the tender list and/or ask contract-specific questions, depending on the level they are using.
