Afterwards each questionnaire had to be verified in order to secure that the supplier complies with the company’s requirements – a cost and time intensive process. We can decrease this work. Your supplier gets access to a comprehensive online questionnaire. This online questionnaire contains information with which the supplier confirms that he complies with the pre-defined minimum requirements of your sector. Once the supplier completed the questionnaire online he sends it back to us. In addition to that the supplier submits other proofs such as policies and certificates confirming his information being provided in the questionnaire. We verify with high diligence the information from the supplier and their certificates against the given criteria, validity, contradiction and information content.
Once the supplier has access to the online questionnaire Achilles is in close contact with the supplier. We endeavour to offer the best services and support.
If the result of the verification is successful (the supplier complies with all criteria) we upload his data in to the online supplier management system. At the same time the supplier gets the status “pre-qualified” and a certificate that confirms his positive verification. In the supplier management system that you can access as a registered user with your username and password you can find all verified suppliers – simply use the various search and filter functions.
Due to the fact that the web based supplier management system is not only used by yourself but also by other organisations operating in your sector those organisations have also access to these verified suppliers.

It is the objective that procurement has always access to actual, valid and meaningful supplier profiles. Therefore suppliers will not only be requested to update their profiles once a year, instead we monitor continuously that the supplier complies with the requirements of our customers during his registration. The supplier can update his supplier profile at any time. If this is case we verify the changes besides the routinely validation.
