Aquiles Chile is an Organization of inspection certified by competent entities INN and Ministerio del Trabajo, to certify completly the compliance of the working regulations and social security of the contractors and subcontractors.
Advanced Certification
The advanced version goes beyond establishing and verifying payment. This is based on the minimum requisites present in the standards such as; health and retirement payments to the prospective institutions, verification of indemnizations properly ratified before a legal authority, verification of weekly attendance registries, work contracts and collective agreements.
These aspects reduce frequent errors and verify issues such as:
- Calculations in the case of workers that are on paid sick leave according to the Unemployment Insurance Law, article 8.
- Calculation of overtime work hours with respect to the applied factor.
- Verify that weekly attendance registries correspond according to regulation 969.
- Verify that the current percentage for each Pension Fund Administrator is up to date.
- Verify errors in the discounting of unemployment insurance for employees with indefinite contracts and with short term contracts, Unemployment Insurance Law.
- Verify that what is negotiated in work contracts and collective agreements is reflected on remuneration statements.
- Verify compliance of Law 20281 “Base Salary and Work Week".
Certification Standard
The Certification Standard allows for the verification of labor and provisional compliance with respect to payments of remuneration and benefits declared by the sub-contracting company, as defined by the work contracts according to Law 20.123. This allows for the verification of monthly workers remuneration, health and retirement benefits to the prospective institutions, verification of indemnizations correctly ratified before a legal authority, informing of employee payroll cause of termination, any work debts and benefit providers with non conformities.
